STEP1
  • 4g matcha (2 tsp)
  • 15g sugar
  • 150ml milk
  • 40ml hot/cold water
  • Handheld mixer
  • Tablespoon
  • Glass
STEP2 / MIX THE INGREDIENTS
  1. Add 15g of sugar to 150ml of milk and stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Fill a glass halfway with ice.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix 4g (2 tsp) of Shiro Matcha powder with 40ml of hot or cold water, stirring well until the matcha is completely dissolved.
  4. Gently pour the prepared matcha over the milk to create a beautiful layered effect.
Tip:

If you prefer a less sweet version, adjust the sugar amount.

A smooth mix enhances the roasted aroma of matcha!

STEP3
  1. Pour the well-mixed matcha latte into a glass.
  2. For an iced latte, add ice cubes!
