

- 2.5g matcha (or 2g)
- 6.5g sugar
- 100ml milk
- 25ml hot/cold water
- Handheld mixer
- Tablespoon
- Glass


- Add 10g of sugar to 100ml of milk and stir until fully dissolved.
- Fill a glass halfway with ice.
- In a separate bowl, mix 2.5g (1 tsp) of Shiro Matcha powder with 25ml of hot or cold water, stirring well until the matcha is completely dissolved.
- Gently pour the prepared matcha over the milk to create a beautiful layered effect.
Tip:
If you prefer a less sweet version, adjust the sugar amount.
A smooth mix enhances the roasted aroma of matcha!

- Pour the well-mixed matcha latte into a glass.
- For an iced latte, add ice cubes!
