This refund and exchange policy applies to matcha powder products only.
Please note: Gelato, drinks, and other perishable food items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
2. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair if:
- The matcha powder is faulty or defective
- The matcha powder is unsafe
- The matcha powder does not match its description
Refunds and exchanges are not available in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item selection
- Personal taste preferences
