Matcha WABI
A balanced ceremonial grade matcha perfect for daily drinks such as matcha lattes and smoothies.
Hojicha
Roasted green tea with a warm, nutty aroma and mellow flavor with very low bitterness.
Genmai Matcha
A traditional blend of green tea and roasted brown rice with a comforting, slightly sweet nutty flavor.
Wakocha -Japanese Black Tea-
Smooth and mellow black tea with subtle natural sweetness, perfect for drinks, gelato, and baked goods.

At Normal Temperature
Storage
Avoid moisture, light, and oxygen as much as possible.
Frequently moving the matcha between room temperature and refrigerated/frozen storage after opening can cause condensation, which leads to moisture absorption and deterioration.
Shelf Life & Freshness
When stored at room temperature: about 1 year unopened.
Once opened, it’s best to use within 1 month.
Over time, the color fades to yellowish and the aroma dissipates easily.
Freezer storage can also help maintain freshness.
Handling (Preparation & Serving)
The ideal water temperature is 70–80°C.
If too hot, bitterness increases; if too cold, the matcha doesn’t dissolve well.
For frothing, use a bamboo whisk (chasen) or a milk frother to incorporate air effectively.
