2.5g of matcha powder
(or 2g for a lighter flavor)
6.5g of sugar
100ml of milk
25ml of hot or cold water
A handheld mixer
A tablespoon
A glass

STEP2

1. Add 10g of sugar to 100ml of milk and stir until fully dissolved.
2. Fill a glass halfway with ice.
3. In a separate bowl, mix 2.5g (1 tsp) of Shiro Matcha powder with 25ml of hot or cold water, stirring well until the matcha is completely dissolved.
4. Gently pour the prepared matcha over the milk to create a beautiful layered
effect.
Tip: If you prefer a less sweet version, adjust the sugar amount.
A smooth mix enhances the roasted aroma of matcha!
